Job Profile:

  1. Be courteous with all patients.
  2. Pay Special attention to Diabetic, SAP and Elderly patients.
  3. Check Patient history when he/she comes for admission in the ward.
  4. Allot bed number to the patients.
  5. Direct the patients for ECG/ Blood reports.
  6. As per Doctor’s advice put dilatation drops for patients. If the patient has to undergo Surgery for Retina, his/her eye lashes needs to be cut.
  7. After admission inform the fellow doctors for patients check up.
  8. As per doctor’s advice direct the patient along with the ward boy for Fundus Photo or any other test recommended by Doctor.
  9. One hour prior to surgery give appropriate medication prescribed by the Doctor to patients.
  10. Half an hour prior to the surgery make the patient ready and give appropriate medication prescribed by doctor ,inform the Anesthetist for check up of the patient.
  11. After the patient is ready arrange for a wheelchair, check patient file, sign as checked and send patient to the Operation Theater.
  12. Ensure that prior to surgery all payment have been made.
  13. Post operation bring the patient to ward and shift the patient to allotted bed. Check their Blood Pressure, Pulse and record in file.
  14. Give updates of the operated patients to Anesthetist.
  15. Explain the post operation procedure, the diet, post surgery medicines and precaution measures to patients relatives and ensure well understood.
  16. During emergency, fill the patient’s form, Dilate the patient and inform the fellow doctor for check up. As per doctors instructions inform about medication, inform surgery coordinator and fix for surgery.

Back Office receptionist cum Telemarketer

Experience: 1-2 yrs relevant experience
Qualification: HSC/Undergraduate/Graduate
